Sally Vonner attended Texas A&M University-Commerce, where she was a student-athlete, joined Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and graduated with a B.S. Degree in Biology/Chemistry. She then received a Master of Divinity in Theology and Theological Studies from the Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University. Currently the General Secretary and CEO of United Women of Faith where she has also worked as a transformation officer and Assistant General Secretary – Section on Membership & Leadership Development, she is an experienced nonprofit executive.
