Pastor Jacqueline Minor Tolbert hails from Kilgore, Texas where she graduated from Sabine High School. She is currently the senior pastor of Vivian Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in Longview, TX. Pastor Jackie graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce and Dallas Theological Seminary. A wife, mother and grandmother, Pastor Tolbert loves children and she is a true community servant who spreads a positive message of faith, love, hope and charity wherever she goes. Also an educator, Pastor Jackie wakes up every day on a mission. Whether she is getting in her daily workout, delivering food or supplies to needy families throughout East Texas or checking on the sick and shut-in; Pastor Jackie is the epitome of all things noble. She loves crafting, cooking and spending time with her family and she has instilled in her children a strong work ethic and spiritual foundation.
