Billy Ray Hall, a cherished soul who brightened the lives of everyone he met, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas. Born on August 14, 1941, in the small town of Deberry, Texas, Billy lived a life that radiated love and compassion, leaving an indelible mark on family and friends alike.

Billy was much more than a husband, father, and friend; he was a beacon of warmth in those lucky enough to share in his presence. His partnership with his beloved wife, Bettye Hall, was characterized by a profound and tender love. Together, they navigated the joys and challenges of life, forging a bond that was an inspiration to all around them. Billy’s laughter and gentle demeanor created a nurturing environment where memories were lovingly cultivated, making every family gathering a hallmark of affection and joy.

Billy Ray will be remembered for his unwavering kindness, putting others first, and the time he cherished with his family. His legacy is one of loving care, forever etched in the hearts of those who knew him.

Visitation will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Fort Worth on December 31, 2024, from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. A Funeral Service honoring his life will be conducted on January 2, 2025, at First Riverside Missionary Baptist Church at 11:00 AM, followed by his burial at the Dallas – Fort Worth National Cemetery later that day at 2:00 PM.

Billy Ray Hall’s light will continue to shine brightly in the lives he touched, a testament to love unyielded, cherished always and forever.
