Oliver W. Smith, Sr., age 88, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022. Oliver was born in Waskom, Texas.

A visitation for Oliver will be held Friday, January 6, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Singing Hills Funeral Home, 6221 University Hills Boulevard, Dallas, Texas 75241. A funeral service will occur Saturday, January 7, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Bexar Street Baptist Church, 2018 South Marsalis Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75216. A committal service will occur Saturday, January 7, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 6300 South R.L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75232.

Oliver will be laid to rest in Laurel Land Memorial Park, 6300 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75232.
