MARVIN DEWAYNE GALES

Marvin Dewayne Gales, a dedicated and hardworking individual, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2024, in Dallas, Texas, at 68. Born on March 23, 1956, Marvin lived his life in his beloved city. He was a high school graduate of the Dallas Independent School District, a foundation that set him on the path toward his successful career.

Marvin devoted several years to working as a warehouse worker, where he demonstrated an admirable commitment to his job and the people he worked with. His colleagues would fondly remember him for his unwavering work ethic and his readiness to lend a helping hand.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Marvin selflessly served in the United States Army, embracing the values of duty and honor. His military service marked a significant period in his life that he cherished deeply.

Marvin’s warm spirit and kindness left a lasting impact on all who knew him. He is survived by his beloved wife, mother, and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

Family, friends, and all those whose lives were touched by Marvin are invited to honor his memory. A Prayer Service will be held on October 22, 2024, at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas, starting at 6:00 PM. The Funeral Service will follow on October 23, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the same location. Following the service, Marvin will be laid to rest at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery at 1:15 PM.

Marvin Dewayne Gales will be remembered for his dedication, kindness, and the love he shared with family and friends. He leaves behind a legacy of hard work and compassion that will not be forgotten.
