Dallas City Councilman Casey Thomas has been appointed as the Texas NAACP Political Chair, responsible for developing the strategy for Black voter engagement and partnerships for the March primary and the November election.
According to Thomas, one of the initiatives will be a “Black Men Vote” with the 100 Black Men chapters in Texas and other Black male organizations.
