Give Your Input On Dallas’ Proposed $4.35B Budget At One Of These Town Hall Meetings

Here’s your chance to weigh in on how your tax dollars are being spent.

The City of Dallas is finalizing the biennial budget for the new fiscal year and wants your input. Dallas residents are invited to weigh in on how the City’s tax dollars will be spent for Fiscal Year 2023-2024.

The proposed budget totals $4.35 billion, comprising two parts: one for the City’s day-to-day operational and maintenance expenses; and the other for long-term capital improvements.

This week, from Monday, March 6 to Thursday, March 9, residents can attend one of a series of meetings hosted by City Council Members from each district to voice their opinions.
