We are elated that State Representative Lorraine Birabil will be our keynote speaker to share the upcoming legislative agenda and the importance of advocacy with our nonprofit partners virtually on Wednesday, September 30 from 11:30 am through 1:00 pm.
As a state representative, Lorraine is dedicated to fighting for the issues that matter most – including quality public schools, affordable healthcare, and safer communities. She is also committed to instituting year-round constituent programming to connect residents with resources that foster personal and professional growth and development. In previous roles, Lorraine has led programs such as job fairs, small business workshops, community based nonprofit workshops, senior resource fairs, and teen summits.
The event will also include networking for attendees and an opportunity to participate in a breakout session for discussion with other agencies.
