4 Green Smoothies To Sip Your Way To Lower Cholesterol

Black people have a 30 percent higher chance of dying from heart failure than other races. Although our cholesterol levels are lower than whites, we still suffer more from low-density (lipoprotein), aka the “bad cholesterol,” levels that clog up your arteries and put you at a greater risk for heart attacks.
