By creating engaging content and building a large following, influencers can attract sponsorships, advertising deals, and brand collaborations. This career path not only offers the potential for substantial income but also allows individuals to pursue their passions and interests. The ability to monetize personal brands and online presence is a testament to Gen Z’s entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach to career building.
One of the most striking changes in Gen Z’s career plans is their embrace of flexibility and the gig economy. Unlike the Baby Boomers and Gen Xers who valued job security and long-term employment, Gen Z is more inclined towards freelance work, short-term contracts, and part-time jobs.
