As the Pastor and Founder of the New Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas, he touched the lives of countless individuals through his unwavering dedication and spiritual guidance.

William was married for 63 years to his beloved wife, Mary Jones. Together, they raised four sons and three daughters, fostering a close-knit family that included a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He cherished his family deeply, and his legacy will continue to thrive through them and the many lives he influenced.

Known for his faithful and caring nature, William was a man of strong convictions and tireless work ethic. He was dedicated not only to his church but also to various community endeavors. His love for fishing and carpentry showcased his hands-on approach to life, while his commitment to the study of the Bible reflected his deep faith. A no-nonsense individual, William was a steadfast servant to his community and church, leading by example and inspiring others to live with purpose and integrity.

One of his remarkable contributions was the restoration of a cathedral in Mexico, showcasing his commitment to spreading compassion and support beyond his immediate environment. His passion for helping others and his dedication to faith made a significant impact on those who had the privilege of knowing him.

William’s viewing will take place on January 2, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. The funeral service is scheduled for January 3, 2025, at 9:00 AM, also at Golden Gate Funeral Home.
