Affectionately known as “Chocolate,” Aelicia Watson is the founder and executive director of Redeemed Women. A graduate of Dallas Can Academy, she received an Associates Degree in Child Development from Eastfield College. A sought-after speaker and community servant, Chocolate is the author of “Anointed – a survivor’s story…from unspeakable pain to undeniable joy.” She is a survivor of teen pregnancy, sexual abuse, bone cancer, breast cancer, homelessness and life.
